Preconstruction Design
Choose a model that best fits your needs! We can discuss changes and tweak it to find a design that you're happy with. We will also supply you with foundation drawings for your model.
Design & Construction Estimate
From there we will deliver a quote that has taken into account the changes and alterations of your chosen model.
Construction
After a deposit is received We will supply you with a lead time and an estimated date of arrival and your dream home build begins!
Delivery and Final Touches
After the build is completed, we will send your structure to your requested location and help coordinate a crane for precise drop off. You will be given a package of required utility hookups if needed.
Our Quality Guarantee
We can assist you with the foundation you will need to have pre built before your model is delivered along with other necessary information needed for fastening the model to its base. Our homes are designed to be plug and play dwellings. Everything is built at our factory before it arrives to you. The only work needed after it has arrived is hookup to utilities whether it is septic/sewer, water, electrical, and/or gas the same way that any mobile home or trailer would need. Due to transportation it is not uncommon for minor drywall cracking and shifting to occur. We will help coordinate a trades person to finalize these touch ups if necessary.
